Appointments at Lakeview facilities may be made by telephone, during office hours Monday through Friday. At all locations, every effort will be made to schedule your visit at a time that is convenient for you. If you find that you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that your time may be made available to another patient. We'll do our best to reschedule your appointment at another convenient time.
