Joseph Verdirame, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Verdirame did his pre-medical and medical studies at The University of Virginia. He did his internship and residency at the Nassau County Medical Center SUNY Stony Brook located in East Meadow, NY in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Verdirame is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a medical examiner for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Dr. Verdirame holds memberships in the following societies:

• American College of Physicians, Fellow

• Medical Society of Virginia

• Tri-County Medical Society-past president

• Medical Staff at Sentara Obici Hospital-past president

• Co-medical director at Nansemond Pointe, Autumn Care of Suffolk, and Consulate Care of Windsor nursing facilites, along with fellow Drs. Holleran and Abu-Absi

Dr. Verdirame has been with the Lakeview Medical Center family since 1977.
