Triage Nurse (MA or LPN/Receptionist/Registration Clerk/Referral Clerk)

Description:
Full Time - Benefits available. Work hours are M, T, Th & Fri 730-5 (1 hr lunch), Wed 730-1230, Every 5th Sat. 9-12. Must preform general nursing and clerical duties in order to assist patients and physicians.
MA Salary Scale:
0-5 years experience-$8.50-$13.00
5+ years experience-$0.50-$15.00
LPN Salary Scale:
0-5 years experience-$10.50-$15.00
5+ years experience-$12.00-$17.00
Requirements:
High school graduate or GED equivalent is required. Completion of MA program or nursing program with a valid certificate or diploma. LPN license must be active and without censure, reprimand, notice, order, etc. Ability to get along with the public and make patients feel welcome and comfortable. Must be able to work overtime as the need arises. 1-2 years nursing experience is required. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Current CPR certification must be maintained. Annual OSHA and BBP training is required. Hepatitis B Vaccines or titers are required.
