RN - Operating Room Nurse
 
  Department: Ambulatory Surgery Center (Outpatient Surgery)
  Description: RN - Operating Room Nurse. Will work as an Admission Nurse, Scrub Nurse, Recovery Nurse and Circulator. Responsible for activities related to the care of the patient within the operating room. Create and maintain a safe and comfortable environment in which surgery can take place. Salary Scale: RN/OR Nurse 0-5 years experience $15.00-$24.00 RN/OR Nurse 5+ years experience $23.00-$35.00
  Requirements: RN state nursing license that is without censure, reprimand, notice, order, etc. 2 years of verifiable experience as an RN in a hospital operating room/recovery room or equivalent experience. Capable of working in the capacity of Admitting, PACU, Scrub, Circulator and Sterile Processing. Knowledge of Nursing principles and practices. Ability to get along with the public and make patients feel welcome and comfortable. Current BCLS certification. ACLS and PALS within one year of hire date. Maintain annual OSHA and BBP trainig. Hepatitis B Vaccines and/or titers. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
