Lakeview Medical Center offers complete on-site laboratory services at the Suffolk office. Our laboratory is certified by the Commission of Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA) and is an approved Medicare Reference Laboratory.

• Suffolk office laboratory hours of operation are 7:30AM until 5:30PM Monday through Friday.
• Churchland office laboratory hours of operation are 8:00AM until 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
• Franklin office laboratory hours of operation are 8:00AM until 1:00PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Laboratory services also include Department of Transportation (DOT) and National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) drug screening. Hours for screening are:

9:00AM-4:00PM Monday through Friday at our Suffolk Lab

9:00AM-3:00PM Monday though Friday at our Churchland Lab

Lakeview laboratory is a draw site for all insurances and performs most lab work on site.
