Starting as a group of three physicians desiring to provide hospital services to the local residents, Lakeview Medical Center has evolved into a multi-specialty group offering a wide range of medical specialties and services that make Lakeview unique to Suffolk and the entire Tidewater Virginia area.

The quality of health care offered by Lakeview Medical Center has been documented by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. AAAHC, based in Chicago, conducts on-going, on-site survey of Lakeview's facilities and services. Only after AAAHC determined we met their nationally recognized standards were we awarded their coveted accreditation.

Lakeview Medical Center has three main facilities located in Suffolk, Churchland, and Franklin, Virginia, plus satellite offices in Norfolk and Smithfield, Virginia.
