Charles J. Hoffman, M.D.

Lakeview Medical Center is pleased to announce the arrival of Dr. Charles J. Hoffman to the Internal Medicine Department. Dr. Hoffman received a bachelor's degree and medical degree from George Washington University. He completed his internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland and his residency at the Naval Hospital in Oakland, California. He served as a medical office in the United States Navy from 1962-1971. He became board certified in Internal Medicine in 1972.

Dr. Hoffman sees patients at the Franklin location.
