Sherin Amiri, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Sherin Amiri grew up in Bethesda, Maryland.  She attended Howard University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.  She has worked for the past 8 years in private pediatric practices in Hawaii and Georgia while her husband served in the U.S. Army.  Her special interests include asthma, constipation and attention deficit disorders.

Dr. Amiri is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. 

Dr. Amiri has recently relocated to Virginia.  She and her husband, Sean, have 2 young children, Graham and Ellie.  She enjoys time with her family, reading and yoga.
